Policies
At LEE Nails & Spa, our policies are created for your safety and satisfaction. If you feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied at any time during your visit please respectfully inform one of our staff members. We will try our very best to accommodate you. As a courtesy to other clients and to ensure that our business runs smoothly for your needs, we ask you to respect the following policies:
- $10 minimum credit card charge
- We reserve the right the take the next customer if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment. From there, the next available tech will help with your service.
- For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your Service.
What you should expect at LEE Nails & spa
- You will receive courteous and professional service during every visit.
- Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
- Instruments are disinfected, sanitized, and stored in a hospital-grade autoclave pouch. Each client's Service will include a new pouch of supplies (no reuse of buffers, fifes, toe separators, or other porous supplies for your safety).
- We utilize disposable plastic spa bag liners during the pedicure for each customer.
- We do not reuse waxing sticks during waxing Services.
Services
We have a no-refund policy on Services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the Service completion pending management approval.
Appointment
Appointments are highly recommended, especially pre-booking your next appointment upon checkout. We offer a courtesy reminder call the day before your appointment, or you may opt to have an email or text message reminder. Prices & policies are subject to change without notice.
PERSONAL ITEMS
We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.
We are not responsible if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
PETS
Other than service animals, pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the salon. To protect our clients more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns.
SALON ENVIRONMENT
We understand that sometimes you must take calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to low volume. Communication via FaceTime (or the like), or speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.
CHILDREN SAFETY
We love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. Due to insurance liability, hazardous chemicals, products, and sharp implements within the salon environment are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children not receiving nail services, please DO NOT bring small children to your appointment! We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We do not have the facilities to care for children. ALWAYS supervise your child after they receive the service. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
